Lynn McFarland

Lynn is an award-winning singer-songwriter with a passion for Americana, folk, bluegrass, and old-time music. She is a multi-instrumentalist, mainly concentrating on the guitar, banjo, and harmonica. She was born and raised in California, where she worked as head wrangler on a ranch during the day and played in a popular coffeehouse duo with Cinder Jean in the evenings. They were involved in the Classic Concert Series and opened for such greats as Donovan, Dave Mason, and Al Stewart.

Since relocating to Lincolnshire, Lynn has focused on building a solo career, playing at festivals, folk clubs, pubs, and sessions throughout the UK. She won the best performance prize at the prestigious Song For Lincolnshire, has been a featured guest on BBC Radio Lincs. Her songs are regularly played on BBC's The Music. Lynn's music is heavily influenced by her American roots - her lyrical storytelling draws you in and evokes a bygone era filled with moonshine and murder.
